Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Enyimba, will hope to continue their  impressive run of form when they host Oriental rivals, FC IfeanyiUbah, at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Saturday, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The Peoples Elephant are unbeaten in their last four games, while the Anambra Warriors  have lost their last four games on the road.
The visitors can however take confidence in the fact that Enyimba have drawn their last two games at home and needed a late Chinedu Udoji goal to salvage  a point in their last home game against Lobi Stars.
The other heavyweight clash this weekend will see Warri Wolves and Sunshine Stars clash at the Warri City Stadium on Sunday.
Both sides head into the game in boisterous mood after securing important wins in midweek.
Wolves were in devastating form as they edged Shooting Stars 2-1 in Ibadan, while Sunshine Stars defeated leaders Rangers by the same scoreline in Akure.
The hosts who won this tie 3-0 last season lost 1-0 to Rivers United in their last home fixture.
Second-placed  Rivers United who have won their last three fixtures face a tough battle in their bid to stay unbeaten when they confront Abia Warriors in Umuahia on Sunday.
The home side are yet to lose at home this season and will look to return to winning ways after losing for the second time this season against  Nasarawa United  in midweek.
Leaders Rangers will host basement side Ikorodu United at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium.
The Flying Antelopes are on a run of three games without a win.
They will welcome back the duo of Bobby Clement and Emeka Eze from injury.
The Sani Abacha Stadium will host the clash of former champions between Kano Pillars and Heartland.
Both sides lost in midweek against El-Kanemi Warriors and Niger Tornadoes respectively.
MFM FC will seek to neutralize league top scorer, Ismaila Gata, when they entertain Niger Tornadoes at the Agege Stadium.
Gata has scored nine goals for the Minna- based side this season and will be the centre of attention in the game.
At the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, Bauchi, Wikki Tourists will look to compound Shooting Stars' woes by denying them any chance of  redemption.
The Oluyole Warlords have picked one point on the road so far and looked ordinary in Wednesday's home defeat to Rivers United.
Lobi Stars will host troubled Giwa FC in Makurdi, while Plateau United will do battle with El-Kanemi Warriors at the Rwang Pam Stadium, Jos.
Former CAF Confederation Cup campaigners, Akwa United and Nasarawa United, will also in clash Uyo.
