The Flying Antelopes won the NPFL title for the first time in 32 years last season but have failed to replicate their blistering form despite only missing their top scorer Chisom Egbuchlam to BK Haken of Sweden.

Rangers who have parted company with their title winning coach  Imama Amakapabo, are currently 16th in the NPFL log, but are 12 points adrift league leaders Plateau United.

Nwobodo has scored four goals this term.

The Flying Antelopes will kick start the second stanza of the NPFL with a home clash against Gombe United at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium Enugu this Sunday.
