Flying Eagles midfielder Chidiebere Nwakali is optimistic of starring for Malaga's first team in the forthcoming season, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The Manchester City loanee believes the exit of four first team players could be a blessing in disguise for him at the Spanish outfit.
"With the exit of some players at the club I hope I get a chance," Nwakali began during an exclusive chat with Completesportsnigeria.com in Festac, Lagos.
Nwakali who signed a two and half year loan deal at the club in January was featured for 23 minutes in the 1-0 defeat to Germany at the just concluded FIFA U -20 World Cup in New Zealand.
He also revealed that Ivory Coast defender Arthur Boka helped him settle in fast at the club, but added he was still battling to learn Spanish.
