Nigerian winger Nnamdi Oduamadi has joined Taye Taiwo at Finnish side HJK Helsinki on a loan deal from AC Milan after successfully passing medicals at the club, he has confirmed to Completesportsnigeria.com.
Oduamadi who had previous spells with Serie B sides Torino, Varese, Brescia, Crotone and Latina revealed that it was an offer he could not turn down.
“I had to accept the offer when they came for me because what’s paramount for me is to play to regain my form,” Oduamadi told Completesportnigeria.com moments after his unveiling on Tuesday.
Oduamadi who could be handed the jersey No.90 also thanked his parent club AC Milan for their support when he was at his lowest ebb.
“Milan is an institution I’m very grateful to for how they stood by me,” he said.
Oduamadi could make his home debut for his new team in their league opener against Mariehamn.
