By James Agberebi:
Hapoel Beer Sheva midfielder John Ogu has stated that the Super Eagles will put up a better performance when they take on South Africa in their second friendly game on Sunday in Nelspruit.
The Eagles lost 1-0 to Uganda on Wednesday in Uyo after Miya Faruku struck in the 81st minute to hand the visitors a slim win.
Ogu who was an unused substitute, expressed his belief that the team is on the right path.
“Not the Game we wished for, but the game against South Africa will be much better,” Ogu stated in his Twitter message.
“From the speech we had from the NFF president and his members, I think our country is on the right track. Keep believing”
