Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu has promised that Hapoel Be'er Sheva will take nothing for granted despite recording a 2-0 home win over Bulgaria's Ludogorets Razgrad in Wednesday's first leg, third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League clash, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
Goals from Nigerian forward Anthony Nwakaeme and Michael Ohana in each half gave the reigning Israeli champions a win in the first leg and also extended their winning streak to three games so far in the competition.
"Great result against a good side but we won't get carried away knowing we have to go to Bulgaria," Ogu, who had a good game, tweeted.
"Proud of my team mates and fans for all!"
The second leg will hold next week in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Hapoel Be'er Sheva will take on Hapoel Ashkelon in an Isreali Toto Cup clash on Saturday.Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
