Nigeria midfielder John Ogu has hailed his move from Portuguese outfit Academica de Coimbra to Israeli side Hapoel Beer Sheva.
Ogu disclosed this in a chat with Completesportsnigeria.com on his twitter page.
Ogu who was left out of the 2015 AFCON qualifiers which the Eagles got knocked out, says he is enjoying his time with Hapoel.
“My move to Israel has been good so far. I am enjoying my football now and feel like a professional.”
On how long he hopes to spend in Israel, Ogu said: ” Only God knows, but for now, I want to concentrate on how to help Hapoel do well in the league.”
Hapoel lost 2-0 to Bnei Sakhnin in Saturday’s league game with Ogu being replaced by Dor Malul on 64 minutes.
Ogu has featured 13 times, scoring just one goal so far.
