Super Eagles returnee, John Ogu has expressed happiness over his invitation for the two international friendly matches the team will play this month, saying it is time for him to fight for his shirt in the national team.


Nigeria will play Bolivia and South Africa.

The Hapoel Be’er Sheva midfielder yesterday took to his facebook page appreciating the Nigerian football authority, coaches and fans for his recall to the national team to feature in the two international friendly matches.

Ogu and West Brom forward, Brown Ideye top the list of returnees to the Super Eagles for next week’s international friendly games against Bolivia and South Africa.

The Super Eagles star who failed to make 2014 World Cup squad has been impressive for Hapoel Be’er Sheva in Isreal, scoring four goals from his defensive midfield role this season and guided his side to the semi-finals of the Israeli Cup.
