–Former Nigerian FA Secretary heaps praises on Eagles star
Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi has heaped praises on Super Eagles for qualifying for the knock out stages of the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the first time since the 1998 edition in France.
The former General Secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF who picked two goal hero, Ahmed Musa as his man of the match stressed the team has shown a lot of progress in their performance.
“We saw a good performance today against Argentina. Even though the team lost, they made every Nigerian happy the way they played.
“Musa was for me the best player on the Super Eagles side, scoring twice, ran over Argentina defence all the time and his pace was excellent.
“I must give credit to goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama, he was his usual cool, calm and confident self and that was reason he made those brilliant saves.”
Ogunjobi who is Pillar of Sports in Osun State believes the team will continue to get better even in the round of 16 clash with France.
“The confidence level of the players has gone high, this I believe will come handy in the game (against France) but they really must have to work really hard”.
