–Ex Enyimba star says its sad losing at home
Rasheed Olabiyi was all tears following Shooting Stars Sports Club, 3Sc 2-1 defeat by Heartland in a matchday 2 tie at Adamasingba Stadium, Ibadan.
Late strike by Jimoh Oni condemned the Frankline Howard’s men to their second defeat of the season and Olabiyi who completeed a move from Enyimba less than two weeks prior to the start of the season says it was difficult to take.
“Its so sad that we lost our first home game of the season. It’s difficult to take but then that’s football. We expected to start the season on high but now we’re chasing the season.”
Olabiyi said the Shooting Stars played well against the Naze Millionaires but lamented that they lacked the cutting edge.
“It is important to convert the chances you creat in a game. We had the game under control but could not convert our chances and we got punished by Heartland who took their chances effectively”.
Shooting Stars have now lost their two top flight games having lost 0-2 away to Wikki Tourists. They will have the opportunity to redeem their image this weekend with a home game against champions, Kano Pillars.Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
