Olorundare who scored 12 goals for Sunshine Stars of Akure last season said he has tasted life in Europe and has concluded it is important for him to concentrate on the domestic scene pending when an ideal contract will come.

“I came to Ibadan about a week ago and was well received by my teammates, coaches and fans so I’m impressed.

“Right now I can say Ibadan, particularly 3SC is an ideal place for me so I’m settling down to give my best for the club.

“But talking about Europe, of course every player wants to play in Europe, I may not be an exception.

“But then, having been there before, specifically in 2013 when I signed for Tavsanli Linyitspor, I don’t think there is any reason for me to be in a hurry to move.

“I just want to concentrate on the home league, give my best to 3Sc and if any deal comes, I will study it critically before accepting it”, Olorundare said.

Olorundare is yet to be cleared by his former club, Sunshine Stars but he appears not happy that he was labelled as undisciplined player by the Akure Gunners.

“I joined Sunshine Stars in 2010, I have spent four seasons with them and helped them qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup and CAF Champions League.

“I was never at any time found guilty of any disciplinary conduct, I never had problem with any official or teammate.

“So I’m surprised being painted black by my former club before NFF all in the name of frustrating my move”, he lamented.
