Nigeria defender Kenneth Omeruo has joined Turkish champions Besiktas on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The 22-year-old who was initially expected to report to Chelsea for pre-season next week but will now join up with the Istanbul giants after an agreement was reached, according to several Turkish media outlets.
The loan move will be his fourth spell away from Chelsea since he signed for the former Premier League Champions in 2012.
Besiktas, who will play in the UEFA Champions League in the 2016/2017 season, are expected to pay Omeruo €1.1 million salary over the course of next season.
Omeruo played in 26 games and made one assist for Kasimpasa who finished sixth in the Turkish top flight last term
