Super Eagles and Middlesbrough defender Kenneth Omeruo is likely to miss today’s home clash against Nottingham Forest if feelers from insiders in the club is anything to go by.
According to Shoot Magazine, with every player vying for a place in the first team, there’s no room for inconsistency. That means there will be changes in the team for the Boxing Day clash with Nottingham Forest. Kike could potentially come in to replace Jelle Vossen, while Ben Gibson may regain his place ahead of Kenneth Omeruo.
Omeruo was on from the start in last weekend’s game against Ipswich Town which they lost 2-0 with the Nigerian coming off for Milos Veljkovic on 62nd minutes.
