Nigeria midfielder Ogenyi Onazi has showered encomiums on Pablo Ledesma who called it quits with SS Lazio after nine years to join his childhood team Club Atlético Colón in the Argentine Primera División.
Onazi who is expected to join the Biancocelesti next week for pre-season took to Instagram to thank the Argentine for the time they shared at the club.
The Super Eagles star played alongside the 31-year-old as they helped Lazio win the Coppa Italia for the sixth time in their history in the 2012–13 season.
"Thank you for everything Captain! You've been there since I came to Lazio, with you I had the honour to share the best victory for the people of Latium!
"Good luck with all your heart for your future, I hope that one day return! May God always has in Glory, the Lord is great and has a plan for us all," Onazi wrote.
