Lasclo Kleinheisler put Astana ahead a minute after the half hour mark but Gustav Wikheim levelled things up for the visitors six minutes after the break.
Kleinheisler grabbed the winning goal for Astana in the last minute of added time.
Onuachu, 24, was on from the start and played the entire 90 minutes.
20-year-old Ogochukwu came in for Nigerian-born Danish international, Ayo Simon Okosun in the 68th minute.
The reverse fixture will take place on Wednesday, August 1st at the MCH Arena, Herning.
