The transfer of Peter Odemwingie from West Bromwich Albion to Cardiff is being investigated by the Football Association.
According to claims made in the Daily Mail, Odemwingie is embroiled in a legal dispute with Rob Segal, who represented him in that September 2013 move, over the payment of agents’ fees.
The Nigeria striker’s subsequent January move to Stoke is also part of the dispute. The issue is now heading for an FA tribunal.
Albion have not yet commented on the matter but there is absolutely no suggestion of any wrong-doing on their part.
