Nigerian forward Osaze Odemwingie has joined Bristol City on loan until the end of the season.
This was confirmed on Stoke City's official website on Friday afternoon.
Odemwingie, who joined Stoke from Cardiff, has featured in just eight games since returning from injury, hence his move to Bristol City.
A statement on Stoke's website read, "Peter Odemwingie has joined Bristol City on loan for the remainder of the Championship club's campaign.
"The Club would like to take this opportunity to wish Peter every success in his time with the West Country club."
The winger has struggled for game time with the Potters this season and has made just eight appearances.
The 34-year-old former Nigeria international is likely to go straight into City's squad for their game against Fulham at Craven Cottage tomorrow.
Bristol City are currently 20th in the Championship table, two points above the relegation zone.
