Oshaniwa Finally Seals Hearts Move

By James Agberebi:

Nigeria international, Juwon Oshaniwa, has finally sealed his move to the Scottish Premier League after joining Hearts.

Oshaniwa who joined Hearts from relegated Israeli side, Ashdod FC, signed a three-year contract.

Speaking with Hearts TV, Oshaniwa gave his reasons why he joined the newly promoted side.

“I want to tell you how happy I am, despite all the delays and all the hitches, finally I am in the family of Hearts.

“I’ve been following the progress of the club. It’s a big club with achievements. With the connection of the young talented players I thought this is a club where I’ve got a future ahead of myself. I must be frank with you, I said ‘I must come and play’.

“Anything is possible in the world of football. It depends on the mentality that you’ve got and what you’ve got upstairs and the target that you’ve placed ahead of yourself.

“My target is to come and do what I know how to do best. Alongside with our collective experience, technical crew and everything we’ve got here, we can achieve greater stuff, even at the end of the 2015/2016 season.”
