Super Falcons striker, Asisat Oshoala, has dismissed the speculation linking her with a move to Arsenal and Fulham, insisting that there has been no contact whatsoever with the London clubs.
The Golden Ball winner at the 2014 FIFA U 20 Women World Cup and African Women’s Championship has admitted that though her heart is still with Rivers Angels, she might have to reconsider her commitment with the team at the end of this season.
It is understood that a number of unnamed foreign clubs, including Scandinavian teams, are circling for the offensive all – rounder after putting herself in the shop window with impressive performances during the aforementioned tournaments.
”I would love to travel but I don’t want to talk to any club until the end of the season. No, I have not received offers from Arsenal and Fulham Ladies,” Asisat Oshoala said to SL10.ng.
According to Oshoala, aged 20, she is tied to Rivers Angels until the end of this season, specifically December 2014.
She has been on the books of the Port Harcourt based side for the past three seasons.
