Kano Pillars have resolved not to contest the League Management Company sanctions against the club for the unruly and violent conduct of their fans during last Wednesday’s Nigeria Professional Football League week seven rescheduled tie against Enyimba at the Sani Abacha Stadium, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The management of the club agreed to pay the N2.4m fine imposed on them by the LMC within the stipulated time for multiple infractions by their fans.
Kano Pillars are also under close watch at home and are on a suspended two-match close door ban.
They have also been mandated to organise a good behavior seminar for their fans under the supervision of the LMC.
Fans of the club threw objects and also encroached the field of play during and after the game against Enyimba which they lost 2-1.
It was the first time they will fail to win a game at home this season.
The Sai Masu Gida will host Ikorodu United in a matchday 15 fixture on Sunday.
