Reports in Portugal suggest that Wolves, who have eight Portuguese players in the first team, are willing to part with £10million to bring in the defender.
Porto believe they can bring in around £15million for the youngster and will reportedly use interest from elsewhere to bump up the price. They currently hope that more offers will come so they can boost there chances of parting with 15million in place of the young star.
