Prince Aggreh’s Proposed Norway Deal Collapses

By Adeboye Amosu:

Prince Aggreh's proposed move to Norwegian club Stabaek IF has fallen through after the club failed to meet Kano Pillars' valuation of the player, Completesportsnigeria.com reports.

The winger, a member of Nigeria's home- based Super Eagles side that featured at the African Nations Championship early in the year, was on the verge of sealing a four-year deal worth $200,000 with the modest Norwegian side but he has returned to Pillars after Stabaek failed to fulfil their financial obligations.

"Prince is back in Nigeria with Kano Pillars," a reliable source close to the player informed Completesportsnigeria.com.

"Everything pertaining  to his contract had already been  agreed by both parties but unfortunately Stabaek couldn't pay up the transfer fee.

"The club (Stabaek) were really keen to have him but they are really broke at the moment and couldn't pay up the transfer  fee.

"He has moved on from the disappointment and is looking forward to playing for Kano Pillars in the Nigeria Professional Football League again.

"Hopefully he will get the chance to play in Europe soon."
