Rangers Drag Raja To FIFA Over Osaguona

–For breach of contract

Enugu Rangers have announced they will drag Moroccan club Raja Casablanca before world football governing body FIFA over the non-payment of the transfer fee of striker Ighodaro Osaguona.

The Nigerian club have declared that if Raja failed to meet a new deadline of next week to begin payment of Osaguona’s €300,000 transfer fee, they would have no option but to head to FIFA.

“We are disappointed at how Raja have failed to honour a gentleman’s agreement we reached with them,” declares Foster Chime, the Coal City Flying Antelopes image maker.

“We have written them severally to remind them of their obligation in our contractual agreement, but they have been adamant.

“We have given them up till next week to pay up Osaguona transfer fee or we would have no choice but to head to FIFA.”

“We would not only be demanding that they stop fielding the player, but we would ask FIFA to take action on Raja for breach of contract and trust.

“They promised to pay this money in three instalments with the first paid immediately the player arrived at Raja but they failed and they have continued to field the player in games”, Chime fumes to africanfootball.com.

The Nigeria international has scored five goals in the CAF Champions League and xx in the Moroccan league for Raja since his move in January.
