Enugu Rangers have expressed frustration over the departure of veteran league star and former Super Eagles midfielder, Sani Kaita who linked up with Gabros FC of Nnewi.
Paul Ozor, General Manager of the club told Completesportsnigeria.com Wednesday morning that the club needed the services of the former Saxan of Moldova midfielder and as a result agreed with player's personal demands.
"He demanded to stay in an hotel away from the club's camp. He also demanded a particular hotel and we went and made arrangement with the management of that hotel.
"We had also agreed personal terms with him, so I was surprised when I heard he has left for Gabros.
"Maybe he doesn't have the Rangers spirit in him. I wish him all the best", Ozor told Completesportsnigeria.com.
The Rangers boss also expressed strong optimism that the club will finish in the top three of the Glo Premier League table at the end of the seaon.
He hinted that they will use this week 10 transfer window to take a look at the squad with a view to injecting fresh legs to bolster the club.
"We've not fared really well in the league so far. We are waiting for the technical crew to give us their report.
"Certainly, we will refresh the team and I assure you we will finish in the top three positions on the table at the end of the season".
