Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana is the club’s only doubt for the clash with Tottenham at Wembley on Saturday due to a groin problem. Lallana could miss out with the groin strain that caused him to pull out of the England squad – but reserve goalkeeper Simon Mignolet is fit after a hand injury.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been handed a fitness boost ahead of the trip to the capital as Roberto Firmino, Alisson and Fabinho could all feature.
The Brazilian trio have, like most of the rest of Klopp’s squad, been away on international duty but they were flown back from the USA on Wednesday by private jet and should be fit to feature at Wembley.
Both Firmino and Alisson have been tipped to start against Spurs at Wembley, with Fabinho yet to feature since his move to Anfield, as all three will take part in full training on Friday to ensure that they’re available for selection.
The Reds have no fresh injury problems and Klopp will be hoping the international break has not disrupted their schedule too much as the team go into the game off the back of four wins on the bounce.
