Liverpool surprisingly found themselves 2-1 down in the 39th minute after Antonio pounced on a defensive mix-up.
Prior to the start of the second half, Liverpool made their first change with Ragnar Klavan replacing Dejan Lovren.
Origi got Liverpool back into the game three minutes after the break, profiting from a rebound before tapping in from four yards.
Jordan Henderson went close to giving Liverpool the lead on 70 minutes but his long range strike was saved by Randolph.
