The BC.Game Android app is an installable version of its mobile Chrome web app running on the Chrome web engine and not a standalone download APK like most native Android apps.
Still, the BC.Game Android app is fast and responsive. It was just as quick and responsive as a regular native app. It also has all the features Iāve come to expect from the full BC.Game desktop experience. The only minor downside, however, is you need Chrome installed on your phone to run the app.
If you open the Google Play Store today and enter a search for āBC.Game,ā youāll notice it wonāt return any relevant entries. The app’s absence isnāt unexpected, as BC.Game has no native applications on the Google Play Store.
Most casino apps on Android are available as downloadable APKs that you can install on the website, but is there a BC.Game Android download APK?
The answer is no. I couldnāt find any official BC.Game download APK for Android for the same reason I couldnāt find its app on the Play Store: it doesnāt exist!
BC.Game has an Android mobile app, but itās a web app that works through the Google Chrome engine. It requires Google Chrome to install, and itāll disappear if you tamper with your Google Chrome installations. While it feels just as smooth as a native Android APK, itās just a glorified wrapper for the BC.Game mobile web experience.
What matters is you can use the app to play all the platformās games, from the exclusive BC.Game Hash Dice to more popular titles like the Big Bass Splash.
The BC.Game Android app is a mobile web UI without the address bar, browser settings, or any of the other bells and whistles of a mobile browser.
Here are some pros and cons I noticed from using the BC.Game Android app:
Since BC.Game doesnāt have a conventional Android APK, I couldnāt simply find and install the game from the Google Play Store, but thereās another way to set up the app. The setup requires Google Chrome to complete, and you must always have the browser installed for the app to work.
Nonetheless, hereās how I installed the BC.Game Android app on my Android smartphone:
During the installation, I didnāt have to dive into the browser menu to find the āInstall Appā option. Rather, I got a popup from Chrome allowing me to install the app at the click of a button, which is far more intuitive. In the absence of that, the install button in the Settings works just as well.
I also noticed that the Android app runs on the Google Chrome engine. It only works as long as you have Google Chrome installed on your phone. Once you delete or deactivate the browser, it automatically stops working.
The BC.Game Android app has almost all the features Iām familiar with from the desktop UI but in a form optimized to work excellently on mobile. Here are some of my favorite BC.Game features on Android:
The BC.Game live chat feature you can access through the BC.Game title bar is available on the Android app, but as a full-screen chat instead of the simple sidebar widget it is on the desktop. It works exactly as it does on a desktop, and you can connect with friends chatting from their computers.
My favorite aspect of the chat feature is how itās unintrusive. You donāt have to exit out of whatever youāre doing to use the chat. While the widget fills up the screen when itās open, you can simply tap the āxā button at the top right to close it and get back to whatever you were doing.
The promotions tab is another stand-out feature for me. It houses the available promos, including the BC.Game no deposit bonus, among others. On the desktop UI, the promotions tab is a simple option buried deep within the sidebar, but the mobile app UI makes it significantly more prominent with a prize icon to bring your attention to it.
The tab features the same set of promotions available on the desktop, but in a more responsive way that makes everything feel significantly more natural. If I had to choose between the desktop and mobile app UI for the promotions page, Iād gravitate towards the latter.
The account tab somehow feels more intuitive on mobile. Instead of being just another icon on your title bar, itās a standalone tab on the mobile app, allowing for easy access whenever you need to poke into your account settings, possibly to check your BC.Game lucky spin bonus.
Despite the apparent similarities between the BC.Game web and app UI, I observed some differences between them.
Here are some differences between the BC.Game app and website organized in table format for easy assimilation:
BC.Game mobile app | BC.Game mobile website |
---|---|
Available as a standalone icon on your phoneās home screen | Must be accessed using the BC.Game web URL |
Implements native Android notifications | No native notifications support |
Clean, streamlined interface | The interface features a URL bar and browser settings |
I found the BC.Game Android app experience a bit more enjoyable than accessing the platform directly from my browser, and I recommend it to anyone who doesnāt mind having an extra app icon on their home screen.
However, you shouldnāt expect marked differences between the mobile web and app interfaces, as theyāre both copies of each other. For the best speed, accessibility, and feature set, Iād go with the BC.Game Android app. It also takes seconds to install.
BC.Game has a mobile app for Android and iOS, but theyāre largely native wrappers for the Chrome and Safari UIs of the online casino. However, the speed and convenience upgrade you get with the apps make them worthwhile.
Unlike most Android apps, the BC.Game app isnāt available as an APK or on the Google Play Store. You can download it by opening the casino website on your phone and selecting āInstall Appā from the menu, which creates a standalone app icon on your home screen.
The BC.Game Android app is completely safe to use. Since itās just an extension of the site’s web version, thereās nothing to worry about. All the regular protections and security measures that apply to the BC.Game website will also apply when using the mobile app.
