I don’t know how this sounds, but I’m happy he was sent off! This is a wrong time for our key players to get injured and be out of the season. The lesser games they play, the better chance of avoiding injuries. Balogun is important to us. Let him rest his legs a bit, praying he gets sent off again. This is selfish I know, but it could be helpful in the long run.

  • How can a player physically sound if he is not playing regularly? @ papafem i disagree with u on this.

Its a nice thing for Nigeria players getting enuf game time at the closing stage of most leagues. Neverless, I believe Gernot R will select his players base on merit and performance as anything against this will only make us spectators in the mundial. Ebuhi should be given a chance and Lukeman of Leipzig should also be considered. I can see real hunger in them. Goodluck SE.

  • Lukeman in Leipzig of Germany or which country. I don’t know Nigeria has a player in Leipzig. In fact, Nigeria is blessed virtually in everything.

He is on loan from Everton after they signed him from Charlton. He has opted to play for England and not Nigeria.
