Four-time Super League winner Brett Delaney has opted to join championship side Featherstone Rovers despite a number of options.
There was a host of clubs after the forward’s signature after he decided to call it a day at Leeds following an injury-hit season last time out, but it is a major coup for Rovers to have landed him.
The former Parramatta Eels star won two Challenge Cups and a World Club Challenge, along with four Super League titles, during his nine-year stay with the Rhinos.
“I’m very excited to start a new chapter with Featherstone, for the next two years,” Delaney told the Yorkshire Post. “I know I still have a lot to give, both on an off the pitch as a player.
“Right now, I just can’t wait to meet everyone at the club and start to knuckle down with preseason training. I’m really looking forward to being with the boys and the coaching staff.”Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
