Senegal striker Mbaye Niang was voted Budweiser Man of the Match in his side’s 2-1 win against Poland in their Group H 2018 World Cup clash on Tuesday.
Niang was on target for Senegal as he scored their second goal after capitalising on poor defending by the Polish team as the Teranga Lions became the first African team to win in Russia.
Apart from getting on the score sheet, the 23-year-old striker was a handful for the Polish side and contributed to Senegal’s first goal.
The AC Milan striker will hope to add to his goal tally when Senegal face Japan in their second Group H game on Sunday.Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
