Serie A: Aina In For Torino Vs Juventus Turin Derby; Troost-Ekong Face Inter Test

Super Eagles defender, Ola Aina, will face a big test today (Saturday ) when his Italian club, Torino face champions Juventus in the Serie A – a Turin derby at the Stadio Olimpico Grande, Torino, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.

Aina, 22, who is on loan at Torino from English Premier League side, Chelsea has hogged the headlines in recent weeks for his impressive performance for the modest Serie A club.

The encounter against Juventus who are packed full with superstars like, Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala, Mario Mandzukic and a host of others will be a huge test of his ability to compete side by side with some of the world’s football’s top stars.

Aina has made 13 league appearances for Torino this season from the left – wing back position.

In another Serie A game, Aina’s international teammate, William Troost-Ekong and his Udinese mates will be up against Inter Milan in an away clash at the Giuseppe Meaza Stadium, Milan.

It will be a huge test for Udinese who occupy 17th position in the 20- team Italian Serie A league table.

Troost-Ekong who has featured in all of Udinese ‘ s 15 Series A outings this season will hope to keep the Inter ‘s attack which hopefully will be led by captain Mauro Icardi silent in the game.
