Former Flying Eagles star Kingsley Sokari made his debut on Wednesday for his new Tunisian side, CS Sfaxien, and could not contain his joy.
The skilful midfielder who missed Nigeria’s CAF U-23 Cup of Nations duties in Senegal spoke to Completesportsnigeria.com on his first outing for the Tunisian giants who are currently on top of the league.
“It was a great victory against CS Hammam. We won 2-1 and I played 90 minutes, Junior Ajayi also played full time.
“The fans were happy for me. My team-mates made me feel at home. I just hope to win many more matches and win the league title with my new club,” Sokari who donned jersey number 20 told Completesportsnigeria.com.
