Success, Matthew Doubtful For Korea Clash

-Flying Eagles Pair Miss Training

The duo of Isaac Success and Ifeanyi Matthew may be doubts for the Flying Eagles game against North Korea on Thursday after they missed the team's Tuesday morning training.


According to the media officer of the team, Sam Audu, Success who scored Nigeria's first ever goal against Brazil at the U-20 level complained of tightness in his hamstring, while Matthew is nursing a left foot injury he sustained in the loss to Brazil. 

Meanwhile, the team will have their final training for the Korea match on Wednesday morning.


The Flying Eagles face South Korea on Thursday and will need to secure all the three points to get back on track at the 2015 U-20 World Cup.

The other group game will see group E leaders Hungary take on Flying Eagles conquerors Brazil.

And in one of Tuesday's games that was decided, Ghana defeated Argentina 3-2 to move to the top of their group.
