Success Scores Sixth Goal; Mbakogu Stars In Milan, Capri Draw

Success Isaac was on target for Granada in their 5-1 win against Levante in Thursday’s Spanish La Liga clash.

Isaac got the first goal of the game in the 25th minute of the encounter. He was later replaced by Fran Rico on 73 minutes.

The goal was Isaac’s sixth in 30 appearances for Granada this current campaign.

In Norway, Fred Friday opened the scoring for Lillestrom who were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Aalesund.

The goal was Friday’s fifth in six games for Lillestrom so far this season.

Still in Norway, former Golden Eaglets midfielder Chidiebere Nwakali featured for Start who lost 4-1 at home to Sarpsborg.

Lars-Joergen Salvessen later replaced Nwakali in the 73rd minute.

In the English Premier League Alex Iwobi starred for Arsenal, who returned to winning ways by beating West Brom 2-0.

A brace from Alexis Sanchez secured the win for Arsenal who now move up to third position in the league table.

The 19-year-old, later made way for Francis Coquelin with eight minute remaining.

Meanwhile, Victor Anichebe was overlooked for selection by Tony Pulis, as he was an unused substitute for West Brom.

Moses Simon was introduced for Thomas Matton in Gent’s 1-1 draw against Anderlecht in the Belgian play-offs.

The game was Simon’s 27th this season for Gent, scoring three goals.

And in Italy Uche Mbakogu saw 90 minutes of action for Carpi who forced AC Milan to a 0-0 draw in San Siro.
