Nigerian forward, Sunday Ngbede, is delighted to have joined Armenian Premier League side, FC Lori on a three-year deal from Nigeria Professional Football League NPFL) outfit, Plateau United, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Ngbede joined Plateau United in 2013 and was part of the team that won the NPFL title last season, the first in the history of the club.
“I am delighted to have signed with Armenian giants, F.C. Lori on a 3-year deal. I am looking forward to my first game with my new club,” reads a message on Sunday Ngbede’s Facebook wall.
“I want to also say thank you to the management and fans of my former club, Plateau United F.C. for their immense support.
My new chapter begins with F.C. Lori!!.”
Ngbede joined six other Nigerians; Ekereuke Ekemini, Deou Dosa, Isah Aliyu, Udoh Etop, Francis Nwankwo and Uguchukwu Iwu at the club.
FC Lori currently occupy third position in the Armenian top league table with seven points from four games.
