The Super Falcons defeated Cote d’Ivoire’s Eleven Sisters de Gagnoa 4-0 in a friendly game in Abidjan on Monday, reports Completesportsnigeria. com.

The reigning African champions scored three goals in the first half through Asisat Oshoala, Desire Oparanozie and Francesca Ordega.

 

The Super Falcons got the fourth goal in the second half against the reigning Ivorian women’s champions.

 

Thomas Dennerby charges are now expected to leave for Ghana on Wednesday for the 2018 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations.

 

Nigeria will face the Banyana Banyana of South Africa in their opening fixture on November 18 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium, Cape Coast.

 

Equatorial Guinea and the Shepolopolo are the other teams in Group B.

 

The Super Falcons won the last edition of the competition edging out Cameroon 1-0 in the final.
