Everton are reported to be in talks with Besiktas over a move that could see striker Cenk Tosun return to the Turkish club in January.
Former boss Sam Allardyce splashed the cash to sign the Turkey international in the last transfer window but the move has not worked out and a return to his homeland looks to be on the cards.
The 27-year-old has scored six goals in 22 Premier League appearances but only one of those have come from eight games this season and Marco Silva is happy to let him move on.
Reports in Turkey have now claimed that talks have already started that will see Tosun return to Besiktas on an initial loan deal with a view to a permanent switch.
Everton splashed out £27million to sign Tosun 10 months ago and it remains to be seen if they will get anywhere near that, should they decide to cash in permanently.
