Nigeria midfielder, Joel Obi is in line to return to action for Italian side, Torino after returning to training this week, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The former Inter Milan player has been sidelined for the past few weeks after sustaining an injury during Torino's 3-1 home win against AS Roma last month.
Torino will face Palermo in a league clash on Monday, and Obi who has made five appearances for the club this season could be part of the squad for the game.
"Improvements have been recorded in the conditions of Joel Obi and Giuseppe ViVe's," Torino gaffer Sinisa Mihajlovic disclosed to Calciomercato.
"They continued to play today and trained seperately but could both be available for the trip to Palermo on Monday.
"Even if they don't start, they could sit on the bench."
