England started the game on a positive note with Georgio Stanway putting the Lioness ahead from the spot in the fifth minute.
The Lioness were on their way to recording a consecutive victory in the competition but Leon Stanway levelled scores for Brazil in the second minute of added time.
England who edged defending champions Korea DPR 3-1 in their opening game on Sunday sit at the top of the group with four points.
Brazil occupy third position with one point. The South Americans fell 3-2 against Mexico in their first game.
Mexico and Korea will face each other in the group’s other game later today (Wednesday).
