Coach of Nigeria U-20 women’s national team, Falconets, Christopher Danjuma says he has enough information about Morocco and will come up with the right tactics to emerge victorious
The Falconets will be guests to the Moroccans in the Second Round first leg of the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier which will be played on Sunday.
To get to the second round, the Falconets recorded a 9-0 aggregate win against Tanzania in September.
Ahead of Sunday clash, Danjuma stated that his team has worked hard and looks good enough to pick a win in Morocco . The Nigerian team has been together for many weeks and the team morale buoyed by the two-legged victories over Tanzania.
“I can assure Nigerians that we know much about our opponents,” Danjuma told thenff.com.
“We have been able to lay hands on a video of Morocco’s last qualifying fixture against Senegal and we have watched and analyzed the game. We will come up with the right tactics to overpower them.”
Meanwhile, the Falconets will arrive in Casablanca, Morocco on Friday morning (today) for the first leg clash against the North Africans.
The 2018 FIFA Women’s World Cup will hold in France from 5 August 2018 – 24 August 2018.
