Tottenham Hotspur came from two goals down to force Italian champions Juventus to a 2-2 draw in Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League first leg round of 16 clash at the Juventus Stadium.
Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain scored a brace in the first half to hand the Bianconeri a 2-1 lead into the break.
Harry Kane scored Spurs’ first goal 10 minutes before half time. Christen Eriksen made 2-2 in the 74th minute of the encounter.
The draw also extended Juventus’ unbeaten run to 23 games (14 wins and nine draws) at home in the UEFA Champions League.
Higuain gave Juventus an early lead in the second minute with a half volley from a Miralem Pjanic cross.

Eriksen drew level 18 minutes from time with a freekick from the edge of the Juventus penalty area.
