United Fan Bolt Loses Bet, Forced To Wear Arsenal Jersey

Big Manchester United fan Usain Bolt had to temporarily 'support' rivals Arsenal on Thursday morning after losing a bet.

The world's fastest man apparently made a bet that his club would beat Arsenal last Sunday.

Instead, the Gunners handed out a proper hiding to the Red Devils, Arsene Wenger's men claiming a comfortable 3-0 win at the Emirates, and Bolt had to display himself in an Arsenal jersey to honour the bet.

The Daily Mail reports that Bolt took the bet with Mexican television presenter Patty Lopez de la Cerda.

The 29-year-old took to Instagram to post the video of him wearing the Arsenal kit alongside Lopez de la Cerda.

And keen to remind fans of his record-breaking exploits, Bolt wore his name and his time of 9.58 seconds – which is the 100 metres world record – on the back of his shirt.

He captioned the post: "So i lost a bet with @pattylopezdelac that man united would win but they didn't so I have to pay up on my bet so sorry guys. #nothappy #seriousface (sic)."

Bolt also revealed he has to pay the television presenter but it remains unknown how much he will pay.
