Ulo is not a wise investment, more so the one in uzo.

Shina Peters built a #20M naira mansion in 1990, Elumelu started a bank with #20M naira in the same year.

Hope you guys are not being jealous. How can anyone assume that a house in lagos is not a wise investment? Congratulations Izunna. My only worry is that the house seems to have been built under a high tension wire. God forbid any bad future occurence. God bless you brother.
