Nigerians’,y do we hate each other ds way? many keep on doubting and talking abt d age of ds young goal keeper. Ds similar to wat nigerians were doing to our under 17 players. dt someone looks older on d face does not determine his age.Uzoho’s secondary sch set was class of 2015, he was 17 then, ds 2018.critics, pls, now add. Can we pls, learn how to appreciate our own. Pls, its not good to say what u dont know, be sure of what u say. Tanx

This marriage gives me the impression that he is a responsible and cool headed person who prefares to go home to his family than to spend the night in clubs with girls of easy virtue.

All the best Mr. Uzoho. Your actions off the field has won my heart. I am praying for your success.

  • Whatever side of the argument you may be on, the fact remains that from 2013 onwards, the under-17 generation of Eagles are really “young men”.

There remains the suspicion around their real ages but give-or-take, I will go for figures around +3 to +4 years maximum above their real ages.

So, a 20 year old could be 23 in real life – still a young man. It is not unusual for 23/24 year olds to get married if they are settled in their careers.

In the past, some of our 17 year old were allegedly, give-or-take, +10 years (or more) over their real ages. These were not young men, they were pensioners!!

So, I am very comfortable with the publicly-declared-ages of the under-17 generations from 2013 onwards.

You only need to look at Uzoho closely to know that he is truly a ‘young man’ even if 20 years of age flatters him a bit as his real age.

I remember when David Beckham married at a young age, many suggested he should have waited a bit longer to “enjoy his youth”.

Beckham is still married with wonderful kids having being through ups and downs – but they continue to weather the storms.

It is very possible to enjoy your youth in a marriage so, congratulations to Uzoho.

    Happy married life…..

    • this is so on point , a lot of people just come here to talk trash ,
like kelechi iheanachor that one i knew him wen he was at taiye fc in owerre with my elder sisters son i watched grow so i just laugh wen people he is old but all i see is envy from them .
like Deo rightly said , all our uner 17 players from 2013 are truly young .

  • He is a young man of means. When he has a girlfriend/fiancée that he is able to marry why shouldn’t he?

Is it that he should be spending his thousands of Euros on society girls or prostitutes?
This guy earns thousands of euros every month, he has a fiancée, he is ready, what’s the problem? When I was 20, I had a girlfriend I could have married, but money no allow me lol
