Super Eagles goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho will miss Elche’s La Liga Segunda clash today (Sunday) against CA Osasuna as he is yet to join his new teammates in training, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
Uzoho who completed a season loan switch from Deportivo La Coruna to Elche last week was excluded from coach Juan Pacheta’s 19 man squad for the game against CA Osasuna according to a tweet from the official handle of Elche.
The Nigerian international has made nine appearances for the Super Eagles and kept two clean sheets in eight starts for the three time African champions.
The 19 year old is expected to join his new teammates next week.
He has also been named in Nigeria’s 24 man squad for the game against Seychelles in September away in an African Nations Cup qualifier.

Goalkeepers: José Juan and Adrián Real.
Defenders: Tekio, Manu, Neyder, Gonzalo Verdú, Juan Cruz, Alexander González and Redru.
