Vardy Ready To Form Strike Partnership With Musa

By Adeboye Amosu:

Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy has insisted he can form a formidable strike partnership with new arrival Ahmed Musa, reports Completesportsnigeria.com.
The versatile Musa joined the Foxes for a club record fee of £15m from Russian side CSKA Moscow this summer.

The Nigerian international has been compared with Vardy in terms of style of play but the Englishman is confident they can both forge a potent attacking force.

"He is quick. I've seen him before. I've watched him in the Champions League at home when he played for CSKA Moscow and he always had that speed and obviously he can finish well," Vardy told the Leicestermercury.co.uk.

"Hopefully, it will bring another aspect to our strike force. "
It is good having competition. The more competition you 've got the extra everyone puts in on the training ground wanting to get into gaffer's plans and it can benefit the squad.

"We had that the other year when people said I couldn't play up front with Leo (Ulloa) because we were too different. But obviously that was a load of rubbish.

"I can definitely play with him, you just both adapt. Nuge (David Nuggent) was one of those who joined the midfield and attack, then you have Leo who is like the front man so I might drop in a bit.
"You have to constantly adapt, but that is what we do on the training field. You get to know each other and it becomes automatic."

  • already bloggers, pundits, fans do not put leicester in the first six positon. their 1st six are manunited, mancity, chelsea, arsenal, liverpool and tottenham respectively. meaning leicester will not see even the europa competition not to talk of champions lrague. okay o. another group of bloggers, pundit and fans have said too that leicester are having the fastest attackers of the premier league. meaning defenders will have their hands full trying to contain vardy/musa combu. mourinho will fail manunited. the same bad fortune from chelsea will follow him as he has started with his disrespectful and crude behavior in the way he treated the german national team captain and the cool headed mata. he has lost the dressing room. he has started on the wrong foot and players may gang up against him. you will see na. leicester will surprise many. i do not see manunited doing well. man city, chelsea will dominate but leicester will be in 1st 6 position. tottenham will do well. everton, southamton, westham and liverpool are the other teams to do well. dont write off new boy middlesbrough with their coach aitor karanka just yet. the season is going to be the toughest to predict but manunited because of mourinho will not be in first six position. better not doubt me. l
