Huddersfield are the lowest scorers in the top flight this season with just 10 goals and big questions are being asked about the main strike duo of Laurent Depoitre and Steve Mounie.
Both players are to yet to get off the mark, despite playing 29 times between them, and Wagner has revealed he has spoken to the pair and is hoping to see an improvement in the goals department. “I have spoken to both strikers together, one-on-one and we’ve had conversations in team meetings,” he said at a press conference.
“We speak on the pitch and in meetings about situations they’ve had, but in the end, it’s all about giving them the belief that they can do it.
