Watford Coach Silva Happy With Changed, Committed Player Success

Watford manager, Marco Silva, has praised Isaac Success’ recent dedication  work ethics despite the striker’s  link with a move away from the club in the January transfer window.

Silva reveals that Success, who has been out with a knee injury, is now more committed to the club and could make his first appearance for the club against Crystal Palace on Tuesday.

Success has made only two matchday squads for Watford this season.

“I didn’t have a big problem with him (Success) and for me it is not the problems in a direct relationship but everything that had happened around the player,” Silva told Watford Observer.

“He is different now and understands what I want, what our commitment as a team is and what we need to do as a club.

“It is our job to help him and I have seen good skills in him. It is important that he has the passion to wait for the right moment and he needs to work hard.

“I think this season he has learned some new things. The injury came at his best moment in the season,” he said.
