Watford have reportedly received a big offer said to be worth around £27 million for Nigeria striker Odion Ighalo from China.
The Mirror claims the Premier League club are willing to let go of the Super Eagles star, who scored 15 league goals last season but has struggled this term.
Watford manager Walter Mazzarri hinted on Friday that the club are ready to cash in on Ighalo, who has scored just two Premier League goals in the last one year.
Ighalo, 27, has not started for Mazzarri's side for a while and the Italian has brought in new strikers M'Baye Niang and Mauro Zarate this week.

Mirror Sport claims Shanghai Shenhua, who recently made Carlos Tevez the highest-paid player in the world, are interested in pairing the Argentine up front with Ighalo, who was reported to have once rejected a £37.5 million move to Shanghai SIPG last summer.
Ighalo could earn up to £200,000 a week if he makes the China move.
Mazzarri, speaking ahead of Watford's FA Cup fourth round clash at Millwall on Sunday, said at a press conference on Friday: “With Odion Ighalo, we know there are some offers, but it is still too early to say anything.
“I just heard now there is a very important bid, and we will evaluate in the next few days.
“I don't like to say all the details because I don't know them, but I know there is more than one – and there might be one from China.
“Ighalo was always a very important player for this team, but there are times when a player can end his time with one club and make a decision on their career.
“I know that in the second half of last season he is a player who didn't do well and didn't perform as well as he did at the beginning.
“The player I received was not the same as in the first half of last season. It was already some time that he had not been performing so well, but I don't know the reasons why.”Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2021 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
