Callum Wilson said his debut for England and his first goal for his country had not yet sunk in after the 3-0 victory over USA at Wembly. The Bournemouth striker earned his first ever England call up with some impressive displays for the Cherries this sseason and it could not have gone much better as he scored in the second half.
Wilson, who missed a number of chances in the first 45 minutes, got his goal when he converted a Fabian Delph cross just moments before he was replaced by Marcus Rashford, and he was almost speechless after the game.
He tols Sky: “I’ve got no words at the moment, I don’t think it’s really sunk in to be honest. There was an opportunity in front of me and I just wanted to grasp it with both hands to be honest. “It’s always nice to get on the scoresheet as a striker.”Fastest Paying Betting Site in Nigeria: Grab your 140% First Time Deposit Bonus Now — www.Sportybet.Com Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
